Support at Home – Monday to Friday, Business Hours

Transparent pricing to help clients make the most of their Support at Home funding. All services follow individual Care Plans and approved budgets. Note: A 20% care coordination loading applies to all services under Trilogy Care partnership.

Nursing Services
> Registered Nurse (RN): $135/hr ($162 with 20% loading)
> Enrolled Nurse (EN): $100/hr ($120 with 20% loading)
> Short visits (30 min): RN $70 ($84), EN $50 ($60)
Includes medication, wound care, injections, monitoring, and care plan support.

Personal & Daily Living Support
> Personal Care (showering, dressing, mobility): $90/hr ($108)
> Domestic Assistance (cleaning, laundry, meals): $90/hr ($108)
> Social Support & Community Access: $85/hr ($102)
> General In-Home Respite: $95/hr ($114)

Overnight / Sleepover Respite
> Sleepover Care: $110/hr ($132) – carer stays overnight, assists with toileting & morning care
> Active Overnight Care: $65/hr ($78) – hands-on care as required

Dementia & Weekend Respite
> Dementia Respite Care: $120/hr ($144)
> Complex Dementia Support: $135/hr ($162)
Delivered by dementia-trained support workers, by request.

Home & Property Support
Home Maintenance (minor repairs, safety checks, light gardening): $130/hr ($156)

Allied Health Services
> OT, Physio, Dietetics, Speech Pathology, etc.: From $215/hr ($258)
Final cost depends on session type and provider.

Assistive Technology & Home Modifications
> Assistive Technology Admin Fee: 10% of product/equipment cost
> Home Modifications Coordination Fee: 10% of total service cost

Additional Information
> Travel charges may apply in regional areas.
> Nursing visits have a 30-minute minimum.
> Overnight respite and weekend dementia care are subject to care plan approval.
> Services charged to Support at Home funding; out-of-pocket costs depend on individual funding.

Transport & Travel
Transport with Support Worker – for appointments, social activities, and community participation:
> Up to 10 km – $30 per trip
> 10–20 km – $55 per trip
> 20–30 km – $80 per trip
> Over 30 km – $2.00 per km (agreed upfront)
Provider Travel – where a support worker must travel to your home to provide services:
> $1.00 per km travelled
> $60/hr travel time may apply if agreed upfront
All transport and travel fees are discussed and agreed with the client before services begin.
